Chinese Students and Scholars Association at FIU is an officially registered student organization of FIU. Currently FIU-CSSA has members from FIU students, scholars, faculty and staff originally from China. With the academic prestige of FIU and our large membership, FIU-CSSA has been an active and influential force in sponsoring and organizing activities on the FIU campus and in the Chinese community of Southern Florida.

In the past several years, FIU-CSSA has organized many large events.

Besides large events, the main focus of FIU-CSSA has always been to serve the FIU Chinese community.

The FIU-CSSA Committee, elected each year, always consists of a group of CSSA members with leadership and devotion, aim at fostering a strong CSSA community at FIU, and its relationship to the larger Chinese and American society.
